My name is Paul Soucie. I have been cooking professionally for 30 years. But I first learned how to cook just by watching my parents. At home, we always had a soup that was boiling or a sauce that was simmering on the stove. Although I have opened a multitude of restaurants after starting my career, my deepest relation with cooking is intimate, familiar, and homely. Hence, the current space is dedicated to my cooking experience outside my work. This is about my cooking when I am with my friends, my family, and my two sons.
